About Greg
Hi, I'm Greg.
Insatiably curious. Passion for people, process, and technology. Growth mindset and servant leader.
From a young age, I've been fascinated with technology and how things work. I began programming for the web way back in 1997 and have witnessed countless evolutions of web technologies to get to where we are today. It can be mind-numbing to reflect on the days before reliable browsers and lacking standards, and the hacks we needed in place to maximize utility. Through my career I transitioned from 'how can I get the most done' to 'how can WE accomplish our vision... in the most effective way'. I am always seeking new methods on how to create and empower the most effective and cohesive teams while building a culture based on trust.
Dysfunction excites me because of the growth potential, coaching gives me fulfillment, and watching teams and organizations succeed gives me pride. I have a background in engineering, marketing, process improvement, consulting and coaching, project/budget management, knowledge management, learning methodologies, psychology, leadership and more.

About this Website
Engineering for the web these days has turned us engineers into lego builders, building upon the shoulders of giants. This site was made possible by NextJS, TailwindCSS, MDX Bundler (compile MD/MDX to static pages), Google Analytics, and a great starter kit by Timothy (aka timlrx). Deployed using Vercel.
